about.
Where have I actually been?
Reveal started with a question we could not answer. This is what came out of it.

Photos remember moments. They do not remember the way there.
For years the only proof of a trip was a folder of pictures and a vague feeling. The route was gone. The detour that turned out to be the best part of the day was gone. The long walk home was gone.
So we started writing it down. First for ourselves, badly, with a phone in a pocket and a battery that never lasted the day. Then properly, with a map behind it. Reveal is what came out of that.
What we hold to.
- 01.
Your trace stays yours.
Individual tracks are never sold. You can export everything and delete it in one click. We're building a place you trust with your most personal data — where you've been.
- 02.
Small ground counts.
Most of a life happens within a few kilometres of the door. A walk to the shop is treated with the same care here as a flight.
- 03.
No invented numbers.
Every line on your map came from your own movement. Nothing is estimated, smoothed or rounded up to look better than it was.
- 04.
It has to outlive us.
A record is only honest if it lasts. What you keep here should still make sense in twenty years, whatever happens to this company.
Where we are, honestly.

Who is behind this.
Reveal is made by OVVA, a small company in Bratislava. It started as a personal project and it is still built by people who use it every day.
We ship slowly. We would rather get one thing honest than five things approximately right. If something on your map looks wrong, tell us and we will look at it.
The work is currently paid for by the people using it. That keeps us slow, and it keeps us straight with you.

Why a loupe.
You do not add anything to your life by walking. The ground was always yours. The mark is a lens, because all Reveal does is help you see it.
